1. Red palms
Red palms can be a sign of a liver damage, especially in individuals over the age of 50. The redness is usually located in the outer edge of the palm. Other possible causes of red palms are hormonal imbalance, which causes blood vessels dilatation and rheumatoid arthritis.

2. Sweaty palms

3. Loss of sensitivity and tingling

4. Dry hands
The most common reasons for dry skin on your hands are estrogen deficiency, which goes along with menopause and dehydration. To avoid dehydration, drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily and use moisturizing hand creams. Also, include nuts, seeds, oily fish, and fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. 5. Trembling hands
Shaking hands can be a sign of serious health issues such as Parkinson’s disease. Also, reduce your coffee and alcohol intake because they can cause trembling hands. Other possible causes are stress and anxiety. However, if you have a serious concern, go and consult with your doctor.
6. Weak nails
Weak or cracked nails can be a sign of zinc deficiency. Zinc is very important for our health, it helps cells divide, promotes wound healing, and boosts the immune system. If you have cracked nails, add some zinc-rich foods to your diet such as nuts, oats, and meat. Also, if your levels are very low, doctors recommend taking zinc as a supplement.
